Restarting-on a recumbent

I just joined Florida Frèewhèlers.
I was a runner for 40 years and switched to biking 5 years ago.
I recently had an accident and broke my hip (4 months ago).
Restarting with a 3 wheel recumbent soon and would like to ride with others in my senior age group on the Withlacoochie trail.
